This is a pre-purchased General Admission ticket good for June 26, 2021, thru June 27, 2021, to On Cue Sports Bar & Grill.  This ticket guarantees you entry but does not guarantee you a seat, indoor seating will be available first come first serve by both pre-purchased tickets and tickets purchased at the door each day.

Please note that as people leave, more will be allowed to enter until On Cue is at capacity; therefore, if you leave, your spot is no longer guaranteed.

Sponsor of the TTMD Billiards Streaming 10-Ball Open Championship.

Cole and Danielle Haase the owners of On Cue Sports Bar and Grill in Front Royal, VA have been fabulous.

When we contacted them in October of last year and asked if we could host an event at their facility, they almost certainly did not know what we had in mind.

After several months of reaching out to players– pros, and amateurs alike, we felt we could pull off something special. TTMD Billiards Streaming started actively looking for event sponsors and procuring the money needed for the added 10K in prize money.

Talking with Cole we explained we were ready to move forward and began advertising the event, and he has been all in ever since. When we created the flyer for the upcoming 10 Ball tournament, we (TTMD Billiards Streaming) posted that the balls would be Aramith Pro Cup, however, that was a mistake as On Cue, uses Aramith Premier balls. Once we (TTMD) realized the error, we were going to update the graphic, but true to form, Cole said “…don’t worry about it, I’ll get in touch with Aramith and we will get Pro Cup Balls.” Then went on to ask “when should I get the tables recovered?” as he was concerned the tables might be too slippery and tough for the players. If you watched the Mosconi Cup you will recall, even the best players in the world can have a tough time with brand-new cloth and balls.

The town of Front Royal is brimming with anticipation and excitement, which is no doubt a reflection of the respect the community has for Cole. Everyone wants to see the pros come to town but they also want to see their guy Cole have a great turnout and successful event. As we draw closer it is clear to our team how much this event has gained interest, not just with the players, but with the locals. We are often approached and asked about the tournament when we are in town.

If you have not been to On Cue Sports Bar and Grill, you should plan a trip. As a pool player, you could not be happier as the nine-foot Blue Label Diamonds are kept in spectacular shape, and they play true. The food is excellent, offering a full dinner menu and light fare food after dinner hours. The bar is stocked, cold beer on tap, all served with a smile from the friendly waitstaff.

Take a day trip to the area to enjoy the outdoors, hike the Appalachian Trail, go white water rafting, tubing, or fishing. Wind down your day at On Cue Sports Bar and Grill, maybe join in on a Monthly 9-Ball tournament.

Baltimore City Cues’ Story

Baltimore City Cues started as a WBE, a small business endeavor in 2007, in Baltimore Maryland, with support from Tim Scruggs and Mike Cochran.

After a few months, with the encouragement from Tim and Mike, they called Dan Janes owner of Joss Cues in Towson Maryland and asked if they could come to visit and discuss with him the manufacturing of a Baltimore City Cues Sneaky Pete line of cues. Dan graciously said they could talk, a meeting date was set, a design for the cues was formalized and ultimately manufactured. 

The Janes family of Joss Cues has been an instrumental force in molding and making Baltimore City Cues what and where they are today. Their ability to produce the finest playing cues available and their industry knowledge enabled Baltimore City Cues to grow and thrive over the past 18 years. C Jay shares “The debt owed can never be paid other than thanking them for their support.”

So they purchased a van and went on the road selling pool cues, accessories, and cues repair. As the years went by they built their customer base to include Senior Living facilities in the DELMARVA geographical area, Military bases from VA to NJ, and tournament appearances, their favorite being the Turning Stone Classic with Mike Zuglan.

Eventually they opened their first cue repair shop at Champion Billiard Sports Bar in Frederick Maryland where they enjoyed supporting the players and customers until 2021. Due to the Covid-19 epidemic they unfortunately had to close, but there was a silver lining.

On October 1st 2021 they opened their new facility in Finksburg Maryland where they were able to expand the shop and now enjoy sales and service at the new location.

Baltimore City Cues is a full-service sales and cue repair shop. They carry pool cues and accessories, as well as on-site service for cue maintenance and repair.

The Maryland APA has been hosting regional and world qualifier events at this location since the opening. Get your lady’s team together and compete with other ladies. If you are looking for a team, contact The New Green Room Billiards on their Facebook page and mention you are interested in getting involved in the APA Ladies league. This a great way to have a girl’s night out and get involved with pool. For some ladies, this may be a more comfortable way of starting in league play.

Have some free time on your Sunday evening? This could be for you! Come on out and make new friends and compete in the APA 9 Ball League. Contact The New Green Room Billiards for help finding a team.

Monday

APA Youth League

Do you want to get your child involved in pool and not sure how to do it? The APA Youth League is a great way to introduce your child to the sport. The New Green Room Billiards provides a fantastic youth league for the children in the area. Ask about how to get your child involved here.

APA Mixed Format

Tuesday Night features a mix of 8 Ball and 9 Ball and offers a way to blow off some steam.

Masters

If you are looking to step up your level of play, Thursday night offers APA Masters League; which is unhandicapped and features a mix of 8 Ball and 9 Ball. It also, allows the push shot in 9 Ball, as well as the use of jump cues. This is a great way to compete against and learn from some of the top APA players in the area.

APA 9 Ball

Thursday also offers 9 Ball. Teams are filling fast so get your teams in quickly. If you are looking to find a team send a message to The New Green Room Billiards on their Facebook page.
